【0403強震】各國駐台代表慰問　孫曉雅：與台灣人民站在一起

花蓮近海今（4/3）日上午發生規模7.2地震，各地陸續傳出傷亡災情，日本首相岸田文雄第一時間發表中文聲明關懷，友邦巴拉圭總統貝尼亞（Santiago Peñas）則在社群平台上挺台、菲律賓總統馬可仕（Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos）聲援，而美國、日本、英國、以色列與海地駐台代表也紛紛表達慰問之意。

美國在台協會（AIT）處長孫曉雅（Sandra Oudkirk）表示，AIT謹代表美國人民，向台灣地震的所有受災民眾致以最深切的哀悼和衷心的慰問；台灣的災害預防、災害管理和人道救援能力是全球典範，「我們欽佩台灣人民面對挑戰的毅力和韌性，在這個困難時期，我們與台灣人民站在一起。」

日本台灣交流協會台北事務所代表片山和之則表示，今天早上發生了全台有感大地震，台北也遭受到強烈的震動；請各位務必注意安全及後續餘震，希望所有在台灣的朋友能夠平安。日台交流協會東京本部理事長谷崎泰明也在第一時間表達慰問。

英國在台辦事處代表鄧元翰（John Dennis）於 X 平台發文：「今天上午在台灣發生的嚴重地震顯然造成了重大程度的苦痛和損壞。我們向失去親人或受到相關影響的所有人，表達衷心的哀悼和慰問。」

駐台北以色列經濟文化辦事處透過聲明表示，對今天發生的地震及受影響的台灣朋友們表達真心的慰問；將與台灣人民同在，也希望大家隨時保持警覺，注意安全，且所有損害都能儘速復原。

海地駐台代表潘恩（Roudy Stanley Penn）表示，今天早上台灣東海岸花蓮發生地震，在這個充滿挑戰的時刻，在我向台灣人民與政府表達聲援，這次地震達規模7.2，全島均有感，花蓮縣受災嚴重，「我將祈禱並與受到災難影響的人民同在。」
